Mobile Banking with Pay-Pal

# The system will allow the mobile phone users including those without bank accounts or mobile web technology on their mobile devices to pay the third party.

# If a Pay-Pal account is shared by a multiple mobile phone users, each user can pay the third party by sending Short Messages Service (SMS) message to a dedicated server. The dedicated server's program will interpret SMS messages sent from users and where case matters, serve as a client program on Pay-Pal server. Such client program initiates money transfer service and the specified amount will be transfered from the account, that is shared by multiple mobilephone users, to the third parties account, on the Pay-Pal system.

# Each and every user's balance adds to an amount that is kept as the single Pay-Pal account's balance
