A video is made up by a series of basic units called frames (images) at certain rates, for the human eye the
rate at which it can identify motion is at 20 fps(frames per second). All the frames on a video have
the same size and the time is equal between each two frames. The series of interrelated consecutive
frames taken continuously by a single camera and representing a continuous action in time and
space are called video shot.One frame is suffcient to present the important information of the
shot, that frame is named key frame.
Introducing a toll by pass for voice will enable users to decrease the usage of data on their voice calls, by sending only text over the network, and on the receiver side text converted to voice. With increasing adoption of voice over IP (VoIP), the landscape for deployment is rapidly changing. Service providers are often driven by the need to provide a high grade of service to their customers to carry voice traffc across the network. Also to enabling video to be sent with the text, the video needs to be compressed, redundant frames extracted to reduce the size of the video to reduce cost, while keeping the video quality as best as possible.
